The Loft can accommodate up to 140 guests for a sit down dinner and you are given a variety of set-up options to create the atmosphere you desire. With a chic bridal suite, additional space for cocktail hour, photo booths, and packages to include everything from coordinators to photographers and decor, the wedding you’ve been hoping for can come together beautifully and affordably at The Loft.
The Loft is an open wedding venue, which means you can bring your own alcohol, food, photographer, officiant, and anything else that you’d like to take care of on your own. Though we provide vendor options for you, we never require you to use them – freedom of choice is our wedding gift to you. Our staff is friendly and fun (we’ve been known to bust out some dance moves when the dance floor is really hoppin’) and we know you’ll quickly learn why we were named the best wedding ceremony and reception location in Colorado Springs.

The Loft venue is charming, well run and an outstanding value...about the crew at DVR!! We had our wedding here this past weekend and, aside from it being set in a beautiful part of the state, the property is truly magical! Uriah, the owner, and Jess, the event coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect!! Truly such a wonderful experience and our guests who stayed on the property had so much to do- swimming, horseback riding, hiking, etc… an unforgettable weekend! I HIGHLY recommend booking a stay, event or wedding here!!! It is a must see!!!!

They have a variety of vases on hand that we could lease for evening and her team will do centerpieces for us . It will be a big time saver day of and also save us trouble of having to purchase and travel with vases. Totally worth the price! She also provided us with a list of vendors. Bar tenders, djs, florist, hair and make up. It can get tricky planning a wedding across the county. But both my mom and I felt at ease when the meeting wrapped up. Thank You Ariana and the rest of the team at The Loft.
