The Encore Package is one of our most inclusive packages – containing everything from the Curtain Call package, plus a photobooth. The Encore is available at all of our locations – The Loft Music Venue and Collective in Colorado Springs, as well as The Loft Theater in Buena Vista, Colorado and Deer Valley Ranch in Nathrop, Colorado. Packages vary depending on location, please connect each venue for specific details!

Here at The Loft, we are passionate about our wedding packages. We believe they offer immense flexibility and freedom to our couples as they plan their upcoming weddings. We want our couples to make their weddings entirely their own – within the price range that best suits their individual budgets.

Why we love it

This package has all of the best things – and then some! Much like the Curtain Call, the Encore Package encompasses many of the major vendors and spaces necessary for your wedding, AND it includes a Photobooth. If you want to add a little flare to your reception or create a fun and unique guest book, the photobooth is a must have for your wedding!

Couples who want the simplicity of booking majority of their vendors at once, as well as fun details such as a photo booth for their guests to enjoy during the reception.

What’s included in the Encore Package?

VENUE AMENITIES

Venue access from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Tables and chairs (for up to 200 guests), tablecloths and access to Bridal Suite and Groom Room. Furniture set-up and transitions also included. Loft Staff available during the event. 1 hour rehearsal practice (night before or morning of) included.
*Encore Specific:
-Decor for ceremony and/or reception
-Chair covers: black or white
-Day-Of Coordinator
-Photo booth
-Reservation at either outdoor venue locations: rodeo grounds or soccer fields
**Set-up and equipment not included
*Coordinator is required for all weddings and major events

TECH AMENITIES

Customizable lighting and access to sound system.
*Curtain Call Specific:
-8 hours with our in-house photographer
-7 hours with our in-house DJ

POST-EVENT CLEAN-UP

All personal items and any items brought in by the guests must be removed following the event. All other clean-up will be done by the Theater staff.

POST-EVENT CLEAN-UP

All personal items and any items brought in by the guests must be removed following the event. Trash + recycling must be bagged and set neatly by the back door. All other clean-up will be done by the Theater staff.
